Episode 1

Stath needs to impress his dad/boss Vasos and let some flats after losing his patience and pushing a customer. In an act of desperation, he steals a viewing from arch rival Carole, but things don't go to plan.

Episode 2

As he continues to struggle to let any flats, Stath is delighted when his father gives him a garden flat in a desirable area. Thinking that the property will sell itself, Stath only arranges one viewing. Meanwhile, Sophie and Al get closer while trying to help Stath with the job.

Episode 3

Stath accidentally burns down a property, prompting a fallout with his exasperated father. Wanting to prove himself outside of the family business, he decides to take a job at Smethwicks, the agency next door, but struggles to fit in with the company's 'work hard, play harder' culture. Meanwhile, Al tries to train Sophie as Stath's replacement, and although the pair bond, it becomes clear that she is not cut out for the lettings world.

Episode 4

Stath discovers he has been dropped from the team for the annual inter-agency football tournament, and takes desperate measures to get back on the field. Meanwhile, Sophie and a friend decide to plan a surprise dance to show off their talents at the tournament.

Episode 5

Stath finds himself infatuated with his former rival Carole after a drunken night of passion, but will his feelings be reciprocated? Meanwhile, it is results day for Sophie. Stath had promised to take her to college, but he is too caught up in his own drama, so Sophie turns to Al for support.

Episode 6

Stath is desperate for his dad to hand the business to him, but Carole demands a head-to-head interview for the position. Meanwhile, Sophie tries to avoid Al while his girlfriend Tomoko is in town from Japan, but she is forced to see them at her dad's 70th birthday party. Comedy about an incompetent Greek-Cypriot lettings agent, working for the family business.
