Diêm Camille G.

Diêm Camille G. was born March 24, 1992 in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. At the age of 5, she moved permanently to Denmark with her father. At age 10, Diêm knew that she wanted to be an actress due to her love for old dramatic Western movies. Due to her comedic nature, she has starred in several TVC's since high school (2009), where she studied drama and music and joined an athletics club. In 2017, after graduating from Copenhagen Business School, she got her first role in a TV series, the Danish hit Warrior (2018) directed by Christoffer Boe. In 2018, she started producing Shrouded Destiny: A Star Wars Long Tale Fan Film Production while landing her first comedic role on the hit series 29 (2018) season 1 and 3. In 2019, Diêm was offered a role in the TV crime series adaption of the books "Sommerdahl", the feature film Druk (2020) and the Danish/Norwegian TV series "(Kj)ærlighet (Love)". In March 2019, Diêm took what could be seen as a failure and made it into a success. She was one last audition from being accepted into the Danish School of Performing Arts, and decided to turn her self-written dialogue into a short film. She gathered two fellow colleagues during an afternoon, and directed and acted in the short film titled Doll (2019) which was shot in one hour. Doll (2019) was sent into film festivals in May 2019 and has already won 2 awards: A "Los Angeles Film Award" Honorable Mention for Indie Film and a "Festigious" for Best Actress in an Indie Film.
