Taylor Zakhar Perez

Taylor Z Perez was born in South Side, Chicago. He started his career as an actor in musical theater, which ultimately piqued his interest in television and film. He left the Midwest and headed to the West Coast where he graduated from UCLA. He played Benji Rodriguez in YOUNG & HUNGRY opposite Emily Osment and Amy Carrero. Shortly after he was cast in NBC & Sony's CRUEL INTENTIONS pilot directed by Roger Kumble and starring Sarah Michelle Gellar, followed by CODE BLACK, 12 DEADLY DAYS, and Michel De Luca's EMBEDS. Taylor also made his producing debut in 2016 with the comedy HIGH EXPECTASIANS that premiered in early in 2017.
