Joel Hogan

Born in Sydney, Australia. Joel is known for his intense onscreen presence, whether it's as a charming romantic lead or an irrational, ruthless villain. After graduating from a prestigious performing arts college at age 19, he was flown to Virginia, USA to be involved in the TV series Dirty Dancing: The Time of Your Life (2007). He then went on to study acting in New York City and played the lead in The Skin Of Our Teeth, in the role that Montgomery Clift originally played on Broadway. Returning to Australia, Joel dropped his weight down to 121 lbs to play the title role of a Methamphetamine addict in Travis Jenkins (2013). Joel was then flown to Seattle, Washington to play the lead in the thriller Paradise Lodge (2014). He currently lives in Los Angeles and has since starred in Actor for Hire (2015), Open Water 3: Cage Dive (2017), C.A.M (2016), Chameleon (2019) & Seven Days (2019), alongside three of China's biggest movie stars.
